The Start of Summer

Here in wonderful south Georgia summer comes way before the middle of June. And as soon as the heat kicks in, the swimming pools come out. We don't have a built in pool, but we love our lil' blow ups just the same.

Here are some shots from the girls' first dips a few weeks ago at Granny's. Of course when it gets hot--there have got to be POPSICLES!

Savannah enjoys the sunshine too!

Ava & Claire bought Eliza a monkey pool for her birthday and a few days ago we were able to blow it up and let the girls play. We had just gotten home from school so instead of putting on swimsuits and all, I just let the girls swim in their panties (or birthday suit)!

And finally, my two little fish we were swimming at Granny's the other day when I snapped a few shots of them playing.
